The Company will allocate not exceeding 9,000,000 units of the warrants to purchase newly issued ordinary shares No. 1 (JMART-W1) to general investors who subscribe for the increased ordinary shares at the ratio of 5 ordinary shares per 1 unit of warrant, with the offering price of 0.00 Baht per unit.
