JMART would like to further notify that the Stock Exchange of Thailand will not post any sign on JMART shares ( no XR sign on JMART's shares ) to indicate the rights for JMT's share subscription since such offering does not have any effects on JMART's structure. Therefore, JMART would like to inform that the last date the investors buying JMART's shares through the trading system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and being eligible for the rights to JMT's share subscription is of Monday, October 22, 2012. The investors who buy JMART's shares from Wednesday 24, 2012 onwards are not entitled to the rights to JMT's share subscription.
