No. IR 53/002 15 January 2010 Subject Notification of the Board's resolution No. 1/2553 Attention Managing Director The Stock Exchange of Thailand Jay Mart Public Company Limited would like to notify the resolution of the Board's meeting No. 1/2553 dated, 6 January 2010. The Board's meeting resolve to appoint Miss Ladda Waruntarakul to be the Company's secretary to replace Mr. Sutee Tantivanichanon, who resigned from the Company's secretary position. The appointment is effective from 6 January 2010 onward. So the Company informs you, the Stock Exchange of Thailand and general investors for your information.
